Our kettlebell sessions are set up with the aim of helping you to learn the skills and techniques that are required for great kettlebell training.

The first half of the session is dedicated to learning the movements and skill involved in the workout that follows in the second half of the session. This means that you get all of the benefits of both a mini instructional workshop and a good work out.

Each session we focus on different movements working on different qualities including strength and conditioning.
