We aim to provide the fun of a boxercise class with the quality of traditional coaching. Consisting mainly of pad work this non-contact class is designed improve your conditioning, balance, reactions and co-ordination through learning complex combinations.

This is a non-contact boxing class that is great for anyone looking to learn the techniques and movements of the sport without the pressure of sparring.
