Our classes are not your run of the mill fitness classes. Each class is designed like a personal training session with careful programming to allow you to train your own individual session within a vibrant group atmosphere.

We do this by programming progressions and regressions for each exercise in every session meaning that no matter how fit, strong or experienced you are you can train to the best of your ability and get the absolute max out of your session.

Each of our sessions include mobility work, muscle activation warm-up and learning time for each exercise as well as yoga flows to stretch at the end to help recover. These are all areas that we feel most conventional classes miss out and are all important factors in
any sessions.
